When I was in 8th grade, I started yoga and now I am above 50. Though, there come many changes in my physical health but if I say I am much better than others of 50 years then there is nothing wrong in it. I feel young and active. I can do all those things that above 30 can do. I have joined yoga classes for better approach in yoga. It is my advice to join proper yoga classes instead of self try because yoga isn’t a simple exercise. It is a science and its laws can’t be crammed.
